The Comfort Select three-layered, high-density foam mattress provides both comfort and optimal pressure redistribution. The stretch mattress cover is fluid resistant, easy to clean, and vapor permeable. Ultra soft memory foam makes up the heel section, designed to provide extremely low skin interface pressure, and the high-density foam perimeter provides support and safe patient transfer. Optional foam side rails are available to reduce the risk of patients falling out of bed.
